Shorts Studio writes the script, draws every shot, animates characters that actually talk, burns in word-timed subtitles and mixes the music — then hands you a ready-to-post vertical MP4. It runs on your own computer. You pay once.

My own channels.
I built Shorts Studio for my own channels and made every video on them with it — two brand-new accounts, 15–20 minutes a day.
Straight screen recordings from the Instagram app — view counters included. Script, images, animation, voices, subtitles and music: all of it came out of Shorts Studio.
One sentence in.
A finished MP4 out.
The characters
actually talk.
Veo generates the voice inside the video — lip-synced, with emotion, no extra step. Prefer a narrator? Switch to voiceover mode: ElevenLabs reads your script and every subtitle lands on the word.
Any niche you can type.
Twelve visual styles and nine story formats come built in. Want your own look? Describe it in plain English and it shows up in every project.
Not a toy. A full
production pipeline.

Hook, shots and dialogue from a single line, in a story format built to hold attention.
Voices
Characters speak inside the video with Veo — or ElevenLabs narrates over it, in the voice you pick.
Word-timed subtitles
Burned in, bouncing on every word, in your font. Timed per shot so they never drift.
Six video engines
Veo 3.1, Kling, Seedance, Hailuo, Grok and Wan. Pick per project — the menu shows each one’s price.
Start & end frames
Set the first and last frame of a shot and the AI animates the journey between them.
Chain mode
Every shot starts from the last frame of the one before — one seamless, continuous video.
Your own images
Upload a picture for any shot and refine it in the built-in editor before it’s animated.
Transitions & music
Fade, slide or zoom between shots, background tracks, a watermark, your intro and outro.
Thumbnails
Pick a frame or let AI paint a cover, then add a bold 3D text layer on top.

Honest answers.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You download an installer for Mac or Windows, open it, paste one token into Settings, and type your first idea. There’s no Node, Python or command line involved.
What does one video actually cost?
You pay Replicate directly for each generation. A 20-second video with four shots costs $1.03 on Seedance 1 Lite and $1.31 on Veo 3.1 Lite (the default, with talking characters). Double the length and you roughly double the cost. Nothing goes to me after the one-time purchase.
Is there really no subscription?
Really. You pay once for the app and it keeps working — it runs on your own computer, so there’s no account of mine that can expire or shut down.
What is a Replicate token, and why do I need one?
Replicate is the service that runs the AI models — GPT for scripts, Nano Banana for images, Veo, Kling and the others for video, ElevenLabs for voices. One free account there and one token replace a whole stack of separate API keys. The guide shows every click; it takes about two minutes, and $10 of credit is plenty to start.
Will my computer warn me when I install it?
Yes, once. The app isn’t code-signed with Apple and Microsoft yet, so both show their standard caution screen for software from a small developer. The guide walks you past it in a few clicks, and after the first launch it opens like any other app.
Does it post to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram for me?
No — on purpose. Auto-posting APIs get accounts flagged and break constantly. Shorts Studio gives you the finished MP4, a cover, and titles, descriptions and hashtags for each platform with copy buttons, and keeps a history of what you’ve posted. You stay in control of your accounts.
Can I monetize what I make?
Yes — everything you create is 100% yours to use and sell. Platforms do have their own rules about AI-generated and repetitive content, so treat Shorts Studio as a production tool, not a loophole: original ideas still win.
What about updates?
Fixes and improvements for version 1 are included — just download the new installer. A future major version may be an optional paid upgrade; you’re never forced to pay again to keep what you bought.
Where do my projects and prompts go?
Projects are plain files in a folder on your computer. Your prompts and images are sent only to Replicate, and only when you press a generate button. Your token stays on your machine.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
If it won’t run on your computer and we can’t fix it together within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
